How to Apply

Approval & Onboarding

Classification of Members

Life Members
Life Member is an approved Tour Operator or a person working in a bonafide Tourism firm in South India. Up-gradation for Active Members to Life Membership will be possible for an Active Member who has completed three years’ tenure without default in renewal and is a regular participant in Club activities.
Up-gradation requests for Life Membership will be subject to the approval and sole discretion of the Managing Committee from time to time. No direct applications for Life Membership will be entertained.
Active Members
Active Member is an approved Tour Operator or a person working in a bonafide Tourism firm in Kerala. Members should pay the registration fee and annual subscription fee regularly.
Allied Membership
(Non-Tour Operators in Hospitality Sector)1. Allied Company Membership
The following categories of organisations are eligible to apply for Allied Company Membership:
- Hotels
- Homestays
- Licensed Transport Operators
- Houseboat Operators
- Event Management Companies
- Hospitality Companies
- Activity Provider Companies
- Airlines
- Ayurveda Resorts and Retreats
2. Allied Individual Membership
Allied Individual Membership can be accepted from Directors / Owners, Sales Representatives, Managerial level employees of Hotels, Homestays, Transport Companies, Houseboat Operators, Event Management Companies, Hospitality Companies, Activity Provider Companies, Airlines, etc.
This also includes approved Guides and Tourist Facilitators with license, Tour Operators and Hospitality partners based outside the State of Kerala and abroad.
An Allied Company / Individual Member will enjoy all benefits of an Active Member except:
- Entry to the Annual General Meeting
- Voting rights
- Entry to FAM Trips (restricted only to Tour Operators)

| Life Membership | Rs. 50,000 /- |
Membership fee paid by a person shall not be transferable at any cost. A person shall ipso facto cease to be a member (as per amendment made in EGM dated 23-07-2022).
